1.The following is the the point that shows how mustard oil is processed study and write a paragraph describing the process.

HOW MUSTARD OIL IS PROCESSED

Mustard oil which is widely used in in cooking is processed in an oil mill in the the following way. At first, mustered seeds are collected from farmers. Then they are dried properly  in the sun.The dried seeds are are then put into machine for crushing. During this time some water is is added to extract oil from the seeds. In the process oil is is separated from oil cakes, and it is collected in a container. Finally, the containers are sealed and dispatched to the shops for sale. In in this way oil is is obtained from mustard seeds.

2. Preparation of a mixture useful for re hydration for removing shortage of water in the body.

Point: 
clean hands, clean pots, teaspoon, tablespoon cup>1 litre boiled but cold water in a pot>sugar or honey 2 tablespoon fulls>ordinary salt half teaspoonful>orange juice half cup or lemon juice a few drops>sodium bi carbonate(edible soda 1 by 4 teaspoon full)>stirring well>ready.

A mixture,useful for removing shortage of water in the body and curing diarrhea, can be easily prepared at home. Hands are to be cleaned first.

Then pots, a teaspoon, a tablespoon, and a cup are to be cleaned well. One litre of water is boiled at first. Then it is to be cooled in a pot in which 2 tablespoon fulls pop sugar or honey.1/4th teaspoonful of ordinary salt, 1/2 cup of orange juice or a few drops of lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoonful of bicarbonate(edible soda) are to be mixed well. It is then stirred well and ready for use.

Points: A little salt –little  oil/ghee- flour 1 cup- add water- form dough-make 8 small balls-roll out thin round shapes-heat oil/ghee in pan-deep fry- serve hot.

How luchi are prepared

Bangalee  love to eat ‘luchi’. It is a special type of fried flour balls. Luchi-making is quite an intricate process. One cup of flour is first taken, a little oil or ghee and a pinch of salt are added to the flour. Then water is added to form the dough. Next eight small balls are made and rolled out to give thin round shapes. After the rolling is complete oil or ghee is heated in a pan and the round shapes are deep fried. The luchis are then served hot.
